What you will do?

Group EHL Boards

Smooth functioning of the president’s work (primary point of contact, scheduling, organization, e-mail/communication etc.)Dynamically managing all documentation relating to the EHL Foundation Board and the Board of Directors of EHL Holding SA and other Committees (Sherpany software) and ensuring its quality and timely availabilityManage the logistical aspects of each Board and Committees sessions session (F&B, transport, hotels, attendance, expense, remuneration, etc.).To attend meetings of the Foundation Board and the Board of Directors of EHL Holding SA.Update the timeline of decisions taken at Council meetings.

Group CFO / AFC Department

Monitoring the CFO’s agenda, tracking and following up on issues, manage the logistical aspects of the Audit and Risk Committee sessions.Travel Management: coordination of the Group’s travelling activity with the Travel Agent in conjunction with the Segments’ administrative assistants.

Who you are?

10 years of experience as an executive assistant“CFC” in business administration or equivalent qualification, ideally Federal Certificate in Executive Assistant.Perfect command of IT tools such as Microsoft Office.Good knowledge of planning and organizing meetings and events.Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organizationFlexibility and the ability to manage pressure periods and priorities.French C2 / English B2
