Our Resource & Services Industry Team is looking for an enthusiastic **Account Manager for Energy and Utility Sector (M/F/d)**.

Your office can be in **Bern** or **Zurich**, moderate willingness to travel throughout Switzerland is required.

**Your new tasks**
- You are responsible for generating business with new and existing customers. This includes the development, maintenance and intensification of the customer relationship with the aim of a long-term and lasting partnership with the customer in the energy and utilities sector.
- You will represent Atos to the client and be responsible for providing a full range of advice and support in relation to Atos IT services.
- Identify business needs and subsequently develop and address proposal ideas to the client's contacts and decision makers as well as individual adaptations and extensions in negotiation situations with clients with multiple decision levels
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and adapting and placing business interests with the client with a focus on working closely with the sales and portfolio team
- Planning and execution of the bid process considering all customer requirements, critical issues and risks with technical input from Bid Support in the Service Line; preparation of bids with customer-specific adaptations and cross-practice elements in coordination with the Production Units/Service Delivery
- Conducting customer negotiations and preparing a variety of documents and presentations for a technical topic presentation to the customer
- Development of account growth strategy and account targets as well as identification of required resources with support from the entire team
- Initiation and preparation of short, medium and long-term account development plans
- Managing the service delivery of existing business/contracts
- Managing overall customer satisfaction by organising appropriate customer surveys
- Management of the sales pipeline, independent and targeted maintenance and processing of opportunities in the CRM system; regular reporting of sales performance

- Senior sales / management track record in the energy and utilities sectors
- Ability to create and lead relationships at the CxO level
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong industry and market knowledge as well as delivery/technical knowledge and operational processes in the customer business environment
- Knowledge of current IT issues and trends as well as future technologies
- Self-motivated, confident, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Innovative, creative, dynamic, strong communication skills, goal-oriented
- International negotiation skills
- Fluent in German and English, French an advantage
- High willingness to travel
