- Are you ready to be a part of the environmental revolution and help combat climate change? MAN Energy Solutions is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our Air Separation Sales Project Management team in Zürich.
- Your Mission: At MAN, we are committed to making a difference in the fight against climate change. As a Sales Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in decarbonizing the world's industries and helping emerging countries grow sustainably. You will work with internationally known companies, providing them with centrifugal air compressors for Air Separation Units, which are central to the production of hydrogen, ammonia, and oxygen.
- Selecting Optimal Solutions: Understand customer needs and collaborate with our engineering team to provide the best compressor and technical solutions
- Crafting Technical and Commercial Offers: Prepare comprehensive contracts that define the scope of supply and commercial terms, contributing to the success of our eco-friendly projects
- Estimating Project Budget: Leverage your expertise to estimate costs based on past references and communicate effectively with sub-vendors
- Technical and Commercial Negotiations: Be a confident communicator and negotiator, engaging with customer teams to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Innovating and Optimizing: Continuously improve processes, develop tools, and drive cost optimization initiatives to contribute to our agile and sustainable environment.

**Mit diesen Qualifikationen helfen Sie uns weiter**
- Master's Degree in Engineering (machine or industrial engineering preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or project management (experience with turbomachines or auxiliaries is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Team player with a proactive and resilient personality
