At Thirdera, our Client Executives are our sales executives, and, in this role, you will play a key role in building and managing client and revenue relationships in your designated territory. To be successful you/we will rely on your core ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) knowledge and experience, and your ability to identify new business opportunities, maintain key relationships with clients and partners, negotiate and secure new opportunities, and achieve or exceed your assigned quota.

Formally, our Client Executives:

- Generate and pursue new business leads and prospective clients
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes (in partnership with Service Delivery)
- Combine your experience selling enterprise ITSM solutions and services and present our unique value proposition
- Generate trust and strong business relationships with clients and partners, and prepare business development strategies for the same (maintain and adjust as required)
- Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations

Our most successful Client Executives leverage their past success and experience.
- 5-10 years selling professional services and/ or ServiceNow solutions (If not experienced directly with ServiceNow, must have services sales experience with a focus on ITSM (HP, BMC, CA, or IBM))
- Comfort in complex deals and negotiations
- Local knowledge of geography or national knowledge of industry
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and interpersonal skills with the ability to earn the trust of sophisticated customers and executives
- Proven ability to “hunt”/prospect for new revenue opportunities as it relates to our business
- Bachelor's degree preferred
