Your role in the Team:
- Support to develop IGs brand positioning in Switzerland, identify target audiences, and support to develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.- Execute marketing programs leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Work with the Marketing Manager and the Swiss Marketing team to deliver on the annual marketing plan for Switzerland - encompassing brand, acquisition and retention.-
- Work with the Marketing Intelligence team on reporting after and throughout campaigns in order to gauge success and improve/optimize performance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the Swiss financial industry within marketing- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns- Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills- Highly organized and detail-oriented- Established campaign writing skills to develop accurate and complete briefs for critical projects and campaigns- Design, creation, proofreading and editing copy for marketing and advertising write-ups for various channels, ensuring a consistent voice- About 3-5 years of work experience in marketing- Fully professional (C2) French speaker, advanced English language skills, German would be an advantage)

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
