**Customer Success Manager/in (m/w/d) 100%**:
**Ihre Herausforderung**
- Verantwortlich für die komplette Auftragsabwicklung der Kundenportfolios: Annahme der Bestellungen, Auftragserfassung, Materialeinkauf, Versand und Terminierung in Absprache mit dem Produktionsleiter
- Serviceorientierte und selbständige Kundenbetreuung
- Erstellen von Auswertungen und Reports
- Komplette Auftragserfassung im AMS-ERP, insbesondere Einkaufs
- und Verkaufsartikel, Angebots
- und Auftragsbestätigung, Auftragserstellung, Produktkonfiguration, GzD, Termine ajour halten, Einkaufbestellung, Laufzettel, Fertigungsstücklisten, Lieferscheine
- Erstellen von Offerten
- Sicherstellen der korrekten Verrechnung aller erbrachten Leistungen sowie der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Fehlerfreie, termingerechte und komplette Auslieferung an den Kunden

**Ihre Kompetenz**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (AMS Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Industrie, vorzugsweise in der Druckbranche
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Palette
- Freude daran, mit analytischem Sachverständnis komplexen Sachverhalten auf den Grund zu gehen
- Interessiert daran, Prozesse aus Kundensicht zu optimieren
- Hohe IT-Affinität
- Fliessende Deutsch
- sowie Französischkenntnisse sind ein Muss, Englisch ist von Vorteil
- Zuverlässige, exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Verantwortungsbereitschaft und eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit
