We are now hiring a Regional CoE O2C Lead for our EMEA Center of Excellence team in Wollerau, Switzerland.

In this role, you will act as the Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop and implement value realization strategies on the Order to Cash (O2C) process area, aligned with global - and regional priorities. The role focuses on process adoption in Order Management with the objective to answer to business needs and formulate solutions with the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities within agreed timelines and track its value/benefits. Furthermore, the role also requires establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key business partners and executive leadership.

**Your main responsibilities include**:
Process Adoption and Value Delivery
- Implementing best practices, harmonizing and standardize O2C processes
- Delivering process education and solution training to power users
- Leading and/or supporting the business strategy by implementing business transformation programs in collaboration with the PMO team
- Collaborating with EMEA CRSM and Affiliate Customer Service teams to capture and understand business issues, and documents and prioritize business requirements
- Identifying end-to-end process opportunities and advise on process - and technology solutions

Governance
- Approving and prioritizing changes/enhancement, including business case and ROI calculation
- Partnering with Global CoE and IT and act as regional SME to provide functional requirements and approve solution design
- Coordinating testing with Power Users

KPI target setting and value realization plan in support of the corporate/regional strategy
- Collaborating with the CoE Data & Analytics team to align on project/implementation plans incorporating budgets and timelines
- Establishing and reporting process adoption and value realization progress through selected KPIs and process performance indicators
- Supporting key business partners and executive leadership in performance measurement

**Qualifications** We are looking for someone who brings**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or similar
- Minimum 5-years’ experience in Order Management (including working knowledge of SAP ECC)
- Good knowledge of O2C processes (beyond Order Management)
- Able to work in a global/regional matrix environment, across multiple business operating units each with a different culture, processes, and demands
- Excellent overall understanding of Supply Chain end-to-end processes and affiliates' commercial policies and practices
- Excellent ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners, including executive leadership, to answer business needs and formulate solutions
- Result-driven and high sense of accountability and responsibility
- Fluent English skills are required, any additional European language is a plus
