Business Systems Integration Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of software rollouts within an ambitious IT modernization program.
  • Manage budgets and schedules to ensure seamless integration of new functionalities into existing systems.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to execute projects with precision.
  • Foster collaboration across organizational units to create synergy among stakeholders.
  • Partner with experts in scope, strategy, user experience, IT, and country-specific needs to deliver excellence.
Your Profile

We seek someone who embodies expertise, leadership, and a passion for agile delivery:

  • Extensive project management experience in software rollouts within agile frameworks.
  • Background knowledge of Web applications in SAP CDC or SAP BTP environments is a plus.
  • 5-10 years of hands-on responsibility in budget, scheduling, scope, and partner management for complex systems.
  • Certifications like Prince2 or PMI to showcase your project management credentials.
  • Agile expertise (Scrum Master or Product Owner certification preferred).
  • A team player who is accountable, authentic, and a natural communicator.
