Vorwerk International & Co. KmG belongs to the German family-owned company Vorwerk that has been operating in Wuppertal for more than 130 years. From the strategic head offices in Wollerau, the Kobold and Thermomix divisions are managed.

The jobholder will elaborate and manage concept in his own area of responsibility (CRM) and act as project team member for other projects within and beyond the Omnichannel department. Conduct analyses needed to prove or disprove the hypotheses driving the project execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather requirements, analyze and translate into functional designs for IT
- Contribute to the success of rollouts/ releases for the countries within the product ownership/ the CRM strategy.
- Facilitate team meetings and cross-functional workshops
- Proactively anticipate and work towards mitigating risks to project execution or stakeholder engagement
- Providing coaching on business transformation and process improvement methodologies and tools
- Assist in collaborating with countries, other strategic initiative project managers, departments to develop & maintain roadmaps and status documents to ensure omnichannel processes are maintained
- Alert to project roadblocks and good practice recommendations
- Assist in managing multiple, concurrent projects in various phases
- Elaborate main working packages, define timelines and capture critical milestones, requirements, key action items, KPIs, expected outcomes, stakeholders and key dates
- Further development of myAccount and CRM solution suite

**Job Requirements**:

- Extensive work experience as CRM Manager, product or process owner
- Deep Customer, Advisor Service expertise and Customer Management tools
- Knowledge of Omnichannel components such as self-service tools, direct sales, e-commerce, retail and cross-channel management and marketing
- Experienced in customer experience and customer journey management
- Analytical mind and process understanding of IT landscape
- Capability to write user stories and functional design
- Excellent team player, who builds, fosters and nurtures relationships from Top and sales management to local Omnichannel/ CRM project teams and Direct Sales force
- Act as interface between Business and IT
- Strong interpersonal, outstanding written, oral, and presentation-based communications skills
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Superior English (oral and written), German, French, Italian and Spanish would be a plus
