Due to our continued growth, we are now hiring a Material Scheduler for our Planning team based at Wollerau in Switzerland.

The Material Scheduler is responsible for all material and components scheduling to support an uninterrupted production process, ensuring the timely and accurate flow of chemicals and components into the Estee Lauder plants, driving plant attainment, materials alignment on 0-8 weeks horizon and fill rate improvement from a materials availability standpoint.

**Your main responsibilities include**:

- Coordinate material deliveries to support production, collaborating with factory scheduler to align material/ component availability per plan
- Responsible to raise alerts weekly from out-of-stock report / network alerts in partnership with Center of Excellence
- Responsible for closing material gaps when inventory is available in transit, or in quality hold
- Track status of Purchase Orders in TMC and analyze materials delay alerts to communicate to production schedulers / material planners
- Follow up on past due PO’s, drive logistic delays resolution and balance supply demand by managing exceptions / alerts (de-expedite, cancel or change volume) as instructed by material planner to protect service requirements/de-expediting orders to manage inventory
- Work with Estee Lauder transportation team, freight forwarding company and TMC, to ensure appropriate method of shipments is carried out, for overseas component deliveries
- Recommend changes to Material Planner on stocks strategies (safety stock / PDT, MLS, LS parameters) to better manage requirement for materials and components at factory, and manage warehouse occupation
- Build strong working relationships with material/ component planners and suppliers’ operational team, frequently interact to communicate material priorities.

**Qualifications** We are looking for someone who brings**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Research, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in manufacturing, supply planning, sourcing/purchasing, supplier management and/or inventory management.
- Deep knowledge of supplier management/collaboration, inventory management, and procurement
- Knowledge of, and experience with sourcing and supplier management activities for raw material and packaging for beauty Cosmetic industry products is preferred
- Knowledge of and experience with SAP is preferred
- Business proficiency in English, any additional language is a plus
