Emea Packaging Procurement Intern

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a 6-month intern to join the Regional Packaging Procurement team part of our EMEA Supply Chain hub. In this role, you will be working on various topics related to Packaging within the 6-month assignment:
- Working closely with the Category Leads for spend analysis and supply-base management linked to Fiscal Year 2021 end, supporting on contract management, price negotiations, RFQs, business awards and recommendations
- Develop and lead a deep-dive analysis on service KPIs with selected suppliers in Europe working with Category Leads and planning on challenges and opportunities and propose out-of-the-box recommendations to improve Supply-Chain resilience and responsiveness
- Lead and accelerate the regionalization efforts within the region through RFQs, analysis, business recommendation and project execution on selected commodities
- Identify and lead harmonization projects in the region to drive cost, agility and service improvement
- Support the Chinese regulation initiative for packaging
- Gather basic understanding of the assigned categories
- Main categories: plastic & metal packaging, make-up packaging, secondary/tertiary packaging
**Qualifications**
**Requirements**:
We are looking for a motivated, eager to learn student with strong academic records and ideally a previous experience (internship, placement) either in procurement or supply-chain. You have already had an experience abroad or have studied abroad and have strong analytical and presentation skills. You are an enthusiastic person, fast learner, with very good communication skills. You have a leadership experience through extra-curricular achievements. The business language is English, any other additional languages is a plus.
