**Main tasks**:
- Perform daily reconciliations of Prime Broker hedging accounts, trade positions and cash ;
- Run daily risk checks and accordingly generate risk reports ;
- Monitor dealing activity to identify/escalate potential fraudulent or unusual trading activity ;
- Reconcile and validate trade capture and day trading activity in timely and accurate manner ;
- Assist in resolving trade discrepancies caused from trade failures, breaks, etc. ;
- Review operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement ;
- Make sure procedures are updated and maintained on an ongoing basis ;
- Liaison with multiple internal departments (Dealing, Client Services, Finance, Sales, IT, Compliance).
**Skills and qualifications**:
- Banking or commercial training (Bachelor as a minimum, Master’s degree an asset) ;
- Previous working experience in a banking environment with exposure to Securities Operations for a minimum of 2 years in a Swiss Bank ;
- Strong communication skills, articulate key risks and challenges of daily processing to management ;
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills ;
- Excellent computer skills (VBA programming is a plus)
- Fluent in English and French
- Swiss resident
