Créons ensemble un avenir sûr En tant que Case manager, tu conseilles et accompagnes les personnes malades ou accidentées dans le cadre de procédures de reclassement et de réinsertion professionnelle. Au sein d'une équipe basée à Genève, tu établis le lien entre les différents intervenants (les preneurs d'assurance, les assurés, les médecins et autres partenaires du réseau) et le gestionnaire du sinistre.

Là où tu entres en action
- Dans cette fonction, tu traites de façon autonome des cas de CM dans les secteurs de l'assurance indemnité journalière en cas de maladie (AMC), de la prévoyance professionnelle (LPP) et de l'assurance accidents obligatoire (LAA)
- Tu planifies et mets en œuvre des visites pour conseiller et soutenir des personnes malades ou accidentées
- Tu coopères et négocies avec d'autres institutions, porteurs de coûts (compagnies d'assurances sociales et privées) et prestataires de services (coordination des mesures, répartition des coûts) ainsi qu'avec les assurés, les employeurs, les avocats, les médecins et autres partenaires du réseau
- Tu cherches des solutions innovantes pour les personnes malades ou accidentées dans le cadre de procédures de réinsertion professionnelle et soutiens le personnel interne dans le règlement des sinistres.
- Tu conseilles et soutiens des clients attribués par le biais de discussions régulières sur différents lieux

Ce que tu apportes
- Formation commerciale ou équivalente et formation continue qualifiée dans les secteurs de l'assurance indemnité journalière en cas de maladie (AMC), de l'assurance accidents obligatoire (LAA) et de la prévoyance professionnelle (LPP)
- Expérience(s) professionnelle(s) en qualité de Case Manager
- CAS en Case management / Coaching ou volonté de suivre une formation
- Solides aptitudes à la négociation dans le cadre d'entretiens difficiles
- Parfaite maîtrise du français ; une bonne connaissance de l'allemand est un atout
