**TechOps Product Launch Lead - Region International**

**Role & Function**In order to strengthen geographic expansion capabilities in TechOps with focus on global launch & life cycle management Sobi is looking for a TechOps Product Launch Lead for the Region International to join the growth journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
Project management of end-to-end supply chain set up for new products and new / non-established countries to ensure optimal time to market

Improve and maintain the global TechOps launch gate keeping process and system (smartsheet)

Support S&OP leads with life cycle and launch insights

Support the continuous development of launch excellence capabilities (skills, processes, system)

Develop and implement ways of working to capture product launch / life cycle management activities and translate them to actions for TechOps

Establish and maintain excellent and collaborative relations with global stakeholders

Design, establish and optimize the complete supply chain for products in focus of this role

Ensure effective and efficient cross functional stakeholder management from markets, finance and all TechOps functions for product launches of this role

Drive close alignment with commercial & technical operations regarding supply / commercial strategy for the product(s), translate market/launch requirements to supply chain capabilities

Represent and drive Sobi’s end to end value chain interests at various cross-functional meetings

Secure, analyze and monitor initial demand plans for the NPIs, identify deviations to plan and lead mitigation activities in cooperation with Supply Operations, Global Manufacturing, Core Asset Teams

Support supply chain due diligence in business development projects

Support initiatives of the TechOps digitalization journey

**Qualifications**
University Degree in International Management or Supply Chain Management preferable combined with a degree in Life Sciences

Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant Project Management (Life Cycle, Launch management) or Supply Chain Function (e.g. Planning, Customer Service, S&OP, Demand Management)

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry; other relevant experience in a highly regulated industry may be considered

Proven capabilities to work in a global and cross-functional matrix organization ideally with international assignments

Ability to facilitate result-driven discussions at different seniority levels by asking the right questions and take actively up operational work to move activities forward

excellent communication skills and the ability to work successfully across different countries, functions, management levels

Proven project management and presentation skills

GMP / GDP experience

Fluent in English (written and verbally)

Additional preferred requirement: Proficiency in use of MS Office products (Excel, Project, ThinkCell, PowerPoint, PowerBI), project management (e.g. smartsheet) and ERP systems
