Value Chain Product Lead, Cell and Gene Therapy

This role is a valuable part of our Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) Value Chain team, which is dedicated to ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of our innovative therapies to patients. We have a growing portfolio of products ranging from autologous RNA therapies to target a patient’s specific tumor to allogeneic stem cell therapies for macular degeneration. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders in clinical/patient operations, global product strategy, orchestration and exception management, and Supply Chain. Together, we will drive the execution of product plans, manage stakeholder relationships, and orchestrate operational activities to deliver flawless value chain activities.

**The Opportunity**:
As a Value Chain Product Lead in Cell and Gene Therapy, you will have end-to-end ownership for one or more products, leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to ensure E2E Value Chain readiness for clinical trials and commercial launches. Additionally, you will:

- Lead cross-functional E2E Value Chain product teams, owning product risks and project schedules
- Deliver E2E operational activities for CMC Roadmaps, ensuring Value Chain deliverables to Technical Development teams
- Plan Supply Chain activities throughout the product life cycle, from design to operational phases
- Manage stakeholder relationships across various internal and external functions, providing updates and solutions to technical and clinical teams
- Partner with Value Chain Capability Leads to configure existing capabilities and develop new ones
- Create and manage forecasts based on clinical trial and commercial assumptions, overseeing operational activities and leveraging analytics for complex scenario planning
- Lead the development of a robust S&OP process during commercial launch, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring effective interactions with manufacturing partners
- Define processes and user requirements for capabilities, such as Chain of Custody and Chain of Identity
- Ensure compliance of labels with health authorities’ requirements and coordinate Master Data Management team for new product/country configurations

**Who you are**:

- You possess a Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, and/or sciences and 12+ years of experience in matrix leadership, clinical trial set-up, and supply chain planning
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate within matrixed teams and external partners
- You are comfortable working in an ambiguous and continuously evolving environments
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence sound decision-making
- You are able to travel domestically and internationally at approximately 10-20% of the time and can be on-site for key workshops and meetings.
- You are able to work global hours (7am-9am PT/ 4-6pm CET)

**Preferred**:

- Master’s degree
- Cell and gene therapy experience
- Late stage clinical study experience

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $144,900 - $269,100. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
