**VP Commercialization Lead Nubeqa (M/F/d)**
The Vice President Commercialization Lead Nubeqa will provide an opportunity to join a fast paced, dynamic, high performing and exciting team within the Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) team for NUBEQA. NUBEQA is one of two largest growth drivers for Bayer’s overall pharmaceutical business and a foundational drug within the Oncology portfolio. The incumbent will act as the Global Commercial Lead and will be a critical member of the Integrated Product Team. The Global Commercial lead is responsible for the existing indications, in addition to evolving and advancing the Global brand strategy to accommodate forthcoming pivotal phIII data readouts and potential launches. Will be leading critical launch activities and deliverables such as creation of a branded messaging platform, patient, and customer segmentation, branding elements and creative campaign. Will also be responsible for supporting the launch excellence and uptake in markets with the existing Global launches. Will provide an opportunity for an experienced Senior Leader to establish themselves as a lead for the Brand working within the Integrated Product Team (IPT), also closely with cross functional team members and Must Win Markets (MWM) through leadership of the Cross Functional Implementation Team (CFIT) to ensure they have inputted into the strategy and tactics for successful commercialization of existing and forthcoming indication launches. This will also help to direct other important brand initiatives such as competitive Intelligence, LifeCycle Management plans, internal brand related meetings, training, budgeting, and forecasting processes and internal communications.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The primary responsibilities of this role,** **Vice President Commercialization Lead Nubeqa, are to:
- Ensures effective development and implementation of market and commercial strategies for existing and forthcoming indications, including delivery and execution of high-quality commercialization plans. Working closely with the Market Access Team and Medical Core Team to ensure strategic alignment.
- Leads consolidation and interpretation of market understanding of the brand therapeutic landscape along the value chain.
- Overall responsibility for coordinating country input into the strategy, ensuring insight driven Global Brand Plan ensuring country operational marketing activities support global brand strategies.
- Ensures effective monitoring of Launch Readiness for the assigned launch brand indication, across key countries and Regional Marketing Organizations.
- Represents commercial perspectives within the IPT (Integrated Product Team).
- Leadership and steering of the CFIT.
- Partners with IPT Lead (Integrated Product Team) to develop business strategy for the brand, including responsibility for global positioning, pre-launch disease strategy, branded messaging platform, patient and customer segmentation and global labelling strategy for assigned launch brand indication.
- Works with IPT Lead to provide commercial direction to Research and Development via input into the long-range forecasting process.
- Responsibility for promoting commercial rigor in delivering prioritization strategies for the brand and ensuring up-to-date commercial evaluations of assigned brand indications.
- Delivery of effective marketing and commercialization strategies for the assigned launch brand indication within the current and future competitive landscape, creating a clear value proposition for the asset.
- Ensuring adequate influence and input in a highly matrixed environment. This challenge can be met with the right communication skills, working style and coupled with a level of Day-to-day management of key stakeholders (including at senior management level) reliant on the strategic direction provided by the Global Strategic Marketing Team Management/IR briefings.
- Ability to effectively operate in a highly complex and competitive market - requiring the ability to scenario plan and work / lead well through ambiguity to ensure appropriate resource allocation.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Minimum: BS or BA;
- PhD, MBA, or advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years Operational Sales / Marketing experience
- Combination of applicable experience/education will be considered.
