For its international expansion, innovative Swiss insurtech is looking for its broker representative in Europe. Management and entrepreneurial aspirations welcome.
**Are you ready to become the broker representative for Europe?**
SafeSide Life AG is looking for its representative in the European Union. You will hold a valid insurance broker's licence in one of the EU or EEA countries, be the main point of contact with the regulators and represent the company in its international expansion.
This can be a hands-off or hands-on role, requiring as little as 10% of your time, or it can become your full-time job. As such, the scope of potential responsibilities can vary widely.
You will be our life insurance specialist, responsible for all life insurance issues, providing advice and also driving lead generation and international expansion. In addition, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and business development (products and internationalisation).
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well versed in life insurance, with international experience a plus. You will balance a practical mindset with creative business acumen, strategic thinking and an analytical mind, leading people through complex operations. Your goal is to ensure that our lead generation and sales efforts are successful.
You have experience with social media, technology trends and are familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you're also an excellent communicator and enjoy public speaking, we'd like to meet you.
**RESPONSIBILITY**:
You will be the company’s representative with regulators and furnish the company with the required broker licences.
You will be the point of contact for all life insurance issues, including general enquiries, specific advice and developing and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base.
You will be part of the core team and will have an entrepreneurial spirit; you will be motivated by headwinds as well as tailwinds and SafeSide will have your full commitment.
You will define, coordinate and implement strategies to support the company's overall objectives and oversee their day-to-day implementation.
You will generate leads and drive sales.
You will develop a highly effective team of professionals and build a solid network of strategic partnerships.
Take the business to the next strategic level with new product development and international expansion.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Valid insurance agent or broker licence in one of the EU or EEA countries.
Residence and work permit in the EU or EEA.
Good understanding of life insurance.
Strong understanding of international insurance markets.
An aspiring leader with both creative and analytical skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and spoken business English, any other European language a strong plus.
