**Your role**
- Are you an experienced (project) implementation leader? Are you an energetic and creative leader, able to mobilize people behind a common cause?
- We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Implementation Lead for the firm-wide simplification initiative to:
- Project manage all aspects of the implementation of the firm-wide simplification initiative, including planning, execution, timing, quality, cost, and early identification of potential issues
- Oversee and lead tracking of the entire simplification portfolio, in close alignment with the Group Transformation Office
- Manage a broad group of senior stakeholders in Business Divisions and Group Functions, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels to ensure effective stakeholder management and engagement
- Develop and prepare regular updates to senior stakeholders, including Group CEO and Group Executive Board
- Drive the implementation of the simplification efforts internally within the GCRG function
- Drive the communication agenda for the firm-wide initiative together with Group Communications
- Contribute to the firm-wide mobilization for the initiative in close collaboration with HR, jointly driving cultural change
- Manage a central team of project officers and managers, either directly or as part of a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources

Your team

**Your team**
- You will be based in Zurich and report directly to the Head Simplification in GCRG COO. You will lead a team of 5-10 individuals located across our main hubs in Switzerland, UK, and Poland.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 12+ years of experience in Project and/or, PMO and/or Strategy and/or implementation roles
- proven experience solving complex problems, implementing solutions, and driving change
- mindset of “less is more”, truly living up to simplification principles
- experience in managing and tracking of initiatives/projects/programs with large stakeholder groups
- creative and innovative mind, willing to explore the unbeaten path to mobilize organization behind the initiative and drive cultural change
- excellent story lining, communication and presentation skills, both in writing and vis-à-vis senior stakeholders
- ability to work with considerable autonomy, dealing with issues for which there is no clear-cut solution whilst being able to provide judgment and clear direction
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven track record of influencing and guiding diverse teams
- passionate about achieving operational excellence; with very good attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality
