Refinitiv Access Implementation Lead, Emea

Refinitiv Access complements and enables our Platform Strategy: address our customers growing use of data on an enterprise basis (i.e. data lakes, data science, use of data across desktop, CRM, other apps). Respond to customers growing need to handle their total cost of ownership and predictability of spend for data and related infrastructure, while having flexibility to use data to optimize their business. Allow our customers to improve the value they get from that spend by demonstrating industry standard processes. Provide customers flexibility in their use of data and drive our revenue growth in a predictable way. Deliver the Refinitiv Data Platform in our customers as their enabling platform.
**Responsibilities**:
- For customers and Refinitiv to benefit from Refinitiv Access, we will need implementation plans that result in the customers’ increased adoption of Refinitiv products and content. The Refinitiv Access Implementation role is to develop and complete those plans across a variety of projects.
- Develop comprehensive implementation plans with both customer and Refinitiv responsibilities, owners, and timelines, including adoption and migration by the customer.
- Lead multiple execution streams across customer and Refinitiv, including
- Expanded use of content (increased number of users, new usage rights, broader use of data by existing users, etc)
- Migrations from competitive products, professional services engagements to support the Refinitiv Access value realization program
- Partner engagements to support the Refinitiv Access value realization program
- Report on progress of the value realization by the customer
- Engage directly with C-level executives at the customer to ensure execution across Refinitiv and customer
- Identify new opportunities for value creation through expanded use of Refinitiv content and services
- Manage feedback loop with Customer Proposition & Product to ensure delivery of agreed roadmap enhancements for Platform customers.
This role will be reporting into one of the Directors of Customer Success, and we offer hybrid working environment across LSEG.
**Required Skills**:
- A leading global consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting, Oliver Wyman, PWC Consulting, Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y, Accenture, IBM consulting ) working with financial customers;
- A financial services focused consultancy (Tabb, Aite, Greenwich Associates, Celent, Citihub, Burton Taylor, Jordan & Jordan, Capco )
- Ability to engage with CTO, CIO, Head of Market Data, Head of Development, Head of Business Unit / Desk
- Strong program and project management skills, especially running large scale programs across multiple divisions or a firm or across multiple businesses (e.g. vendor + customer, vendor + partner)
- Experience running IT transformation programs is a strong plus
- Understanding of content and enterprise data/information models.
- Familiarity with either or (ideally) both Refinitiv products and content, or competitive products and content (Bloomberg, Factset, ICE Data, etc).
- Ability to credibly get along with proposition teams, customers and other market participants.
- Experience working at a bank, asset manager, or hedge fund is a plus
