The cyber security lead in Electrification Service defines and implements ABB's cyber security strategy aligned with the overall strategy and business needs. Manages cyber security risks that could affect the ABB brand and customer base for all ABB offerings and operations, in a cost-effective way. Collaborates with business(es) to protect and grow revenue by effectively addressing customer cyber security expectations, guiding division stakeholders in implementing cyber security measures and actively driving cyber security opportunities and demand.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Leads the development and implementation of overall cyber security strategy in alignment with the business and digital strategies.
- Leads the definition, development, and implementation of cyber security policies, standards, guidelines, and instructions to ensure alignment with the ABB governance framework.
- Responsible to manage an effective cyber security organization and assurance program with R&D and operations teams, including incident management and communicating the cyber security KPIs to relevant ABB leadership teams.
- Identifies and facilitates joint cyber security initiatives where collaboration is deemed beneficial, e.g., for the development of internal service offerings and support structure.
- Responsible to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the global cyber security customer and market requirements, including regulations and standards.
- Actively participates in the Electrification cyber security council and establishes an Electrification Service cyber security council.
**Your background**:
- 8 years of experience in information and/or cyber security, preferably in a global, large organization with matrix structure
- At least five years of experience in security governance or security implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Electrical or Software Engineering
- Experience in coordinating and supervising teams with strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
