About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage design, development & technical release (up to, but excluding mass production) of primary and secondary packaging incl. collaterals (e.g. boxes, inlays, folding boxes, sleeves, shopping bags, thank you notes, personalized notes, ribbons, leaflets, certificates and others) for all product categories, promotional programs or limited editions globally- Coordinate all technical clarifications with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to translate the defined brand guardrails and specific product needs into production specifications- Ensure timely delivery of packaging samples throughout different product development stages and provide finalized packaging with CLEAR compliance for the respective product category release- Provide all technical packaging related information such as cost estimations, technical specifications, CAD/CorelDraw drawings, bill of materials, cost calculations, tests, packaging samples etc. as well as quality assurance related documents in collaboration with the quality team for all packaging components/ the final packaging solution- Release final packaging samples in compliance with internal test requirements and standards- Translate packaging tools, where required, into guidelines for clear and best in class implementation- Support procurement with onboarding of new suppliers & packaging cost reduction measures- Act as key interface to Product Development, Product Marketing, Creative Studio, Sourcing & Procurement, Quality, Legal, Supply Chain related departments, external suppliers/agencies & partners and regularly update them on development status of all packaging tools- Ensure implementation accuracy of packaging tools and feedback loops leading to tools optimization and future learnings through global-to-local VM community platform and regular interfaces

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree, preferably in Applied Science with Packaging Technology or Marketing- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills- German proficiency is a plus- Project management experiences in global, matrix organization- Packaging development knowledge (materials, techniques and packaging development)- Good knowledge of SAP, CAD & CorelDraw and Microsoft Office programs- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
