About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support design, development & technical release (up to, but excluding mass production) of special primary and secondary packaging incl. collaterals (e.g. boxes, inlays, folding boxes, sleeves, shopping bags, thank you notes, personalized notes, ribbons, leaflets, certificates, charms, gift boxes and others) & management of the external agency- Provide support with the design, development & technical releases of Retail gifts & Staff uniforms, being involved into the management of the process- Coordinate all technical clarifications with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to translate the defined brand guardrails and specific product needs into production specifications- Ensure in time delivery of samples throughout different product development stages, provide finalized product & packaging with CLEAR compliance- Support release of final Retail gifts, Staff Uniforms and special packaging samples in compliance with internal test requirements and standards- Translate packaging tools where required into guidelines and create Retail gift & Staff uniform catalogue for clear and best in class implementation in collaboration with an external agency-
- Ensure implementation accuracy of special packaging tools, Retail gifts & Staff uniforms and feedback loops leading to tools optimization and future learnings through global-to-local VM community platform and regular interfaces- Be responsible for sample management and organization and the coordination of outgoing & incoming shipments

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree/ Education, preferably in Marketing or Business- Project management experiences are a plus- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills- German proficiency is a plus- Product development knowledge (materials, techniques and packaging development)- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs- Knowledge of SAP, CAD & CorelDraw is a plus- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
