**Global BL Analytical Communications and Marketing Manager**:

As Global Communication & Marketing Manager for the Business Line (BL) Analytical, Measurement & Analytics Division, you will drive and ensure high impact positioning and communications strategy for all the Analytical products and solutions and activities throughout the world. You will work closely with key stakeholders to design, develop and ensure high impact positioning and communications strategy for the Business Line. You will play an integral role in building and engaging the Division’s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the short
- and long-term growth of the business. You will be a member of the BL Analytical Management Team and will be responsible of the BL communications and marketing team (3 direct reports). This role reports to the Global Head of Communications & Marketing, Measurement & Analytics Division and to the BL Analytical Manager. Location TBD in Europe, US or Canada.

Global Marketing Communications Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Executive Communications: Design, develop and implement an innovative integrated communications and marketing strategy for the BL Analytical, working closely with the BL management team to ensure high impact positioning in line with the BL strategic mandate
- Proactive external communications: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaign, aligned with business and growth initiatives, both online and offline (plan, coordinate and execute event and conferences strategy for the BL) to con-nect with customers locally.
- Product launches and campaigns: Develop and manage launch, productization and nurturing processes for product launches - in collaboration with product managers - to build market awareness and brand favorability.
- Thought leadership/Media relations: Develop and execute a media and PR strategy to increase share of voice and visibility of the ABB Analytical BL across broad chan-nels including business and trade media, blogs, podcasts and broadcast.
- Effective Internal communication: Use the global communications strategy to promote a strong culture and team spirit. Develop regular employee communication activities cultivating sense of community, understanding of the new processes, roles and responsibilities within the BL organization,
- Budget and KPI: Define and own budget, KPI and metrics, analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to show value creation and help shape future marketing strategies.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 7+ years of experience in communications & marketing in B2B environment (prefer technical/ industrial environment)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several large projects at any given time
- Open-minded, with an interest in technology and creative strategic thinking
- Strong networker and team player with influential and change management skills
- Hands-on experience with web content management tools (e.g. Adobe CMS) is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
