Als Marketing and Corporate Communication Manager wirst Du Teil eines eingespielten Selectchemie Teams sein. Wir sind stolz darauf, unsere Kunden mit hochwertigen Produkten und Dienstleistungen zu versorgen und streben stets nach Exzellenz. In dieser spannenden Funktion führst Du nicht nur Regie, sondern gestaltest den weiteren Aufbau und die Entwicklung unseres Brands aktiv mit.

Aufgaben

Du bist ein breit abgestützter, «Hands-on» Marketing
- und Kommunikationsprofi:

- Konzeption, Planung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle aller internen und externen Marketing
- und Kommunikationsmassnahmen als interner Dienstleister - Gestaltung unseres Auftritts nach innen und aussen
- Erarbeitung / Umsetzung einer integrierten B2B-Kommunikationsstrategie über alle Kanäle
- Konzeption, Umsetzung und Einführung einer neuen Intranet-Lösung
- Pflege des Webauftritts sowie des Intranetauftritts
- Sicherstellung eines kohärenten Firmen
- und Markenauftritts für die ganze Gruppe
- Verantwortlich für den Auftritt (Stand) an der jährlichen CPHI-Messe inkl. Teilnahme
- Unterstützung sämtlicher Business Units bei diversen internen und/oder externen Events und Projekten in Bezug auf Marketing und Kommunikation
- Regelmässige Content-Bereitstellung für sämtliche Kanäle in Zusammenarbeit mit den Business Units
- Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Einführung eines vollständigen Customer-Relationship-Management-Tools inkl. Campaign Management
- Erarbeitung / Umsetzung einer Employer Branding Strategie in Zusammenarbeit mit HR
- 1\. Kontaktperson bei Medienanfragen nach Rücksprache mit CEO

Qualifikation
- Aus
- und/ oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Erfahrung im Chemie-/Pharma-/Nutrition-Bereich sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Social Media Marketing, vor allem LinkedIn
- Fundierte Vertrautheit mit CMS- und Online-Tools (idealerweise WordPress) und der gängigen Web-Analytics-Tools (z.B. SEO, Google Analytics)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Adobe-Creative-Cloud-Anwendungen, vor allem InDesign, Photoshop und Illustrator
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, vor allem PowerPoint und Word
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind eine Voraussetzung, weitere Sprachen sind ein Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu vereinfachen und verständlich zu machen
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichsten internen und externen Stakeholdern
