We are looking for a highly competent and dynamic personality for the Fertility, Endocrinology and General Medicine (FEGM) Business Unit for Merck (Schweiz) AG, in Zug.

**Your role**
We help patients with infertility and a number of other endocrinological diseases (e.g. growth disorders and hypothyroidism) with our medicines. Through continuous life cycle management, we keep the formulations and devices of our preparations up to date with the latest medical and technical developments. Our hundreds of thousands of patients benefit from this every year.

In the position of Business Unit Director, you will lead the Marketing & Sales team in the Zug branch and report directly to the General Manager. Together with your team, you will develop the marketing and sales strategies for the product portfolio and successfully implement them. In addition, you will be responsible for the planned launch preparation and implementation of new formulations and devices. You are responsible for setting the goals and achieving them as well as for the sales targets and compliance with costs. You will work closely with various departments such as Market Access, Medical, Commercial Excellence as well as with colleagues from the regional and global teams.

You will represent our company and maintain contact with opinion leaders and customers at national and international meetings and congresses.

**Who you are**
- Medical, scientific or business studies
- Broad professional experience in pharmaceutical marketing / sales as well as management experience
- German mother tongue or excellent language skills. Very good command of English. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is advantageous
- Convincing, at ease with negotiation and a winning personality who is able to inspire and drive our team members
- High motivation paired with a networking and entrepreneurial mindset as well as analytical skills
