Sr. Director, Enterprise Programs EMEA Business Adoption Lead
We are recruiting for a Sr. Director, Enterprise Programs EMEA Business Adoption Lead to be focused user adoption, optimal utilization, and operations readiness across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Procurement and Data for the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and the ecosystem platforms.
This 24-month position, in direct support of the One S4 progam, is located will be located in Europe with options for Prague, UK

What will you do
The Sr. Director position will support the portfolio of Enterprise Programs, a set of highly complex, multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem, standardizing our core business processes across Supply Chain, Market and Financial Operations, and enabling our integrated data strategy. The portfolio is inclusive of the SAP S/4 HANA transformation, the Master Data Management Platform initiative, and the Finance Integrated Technology Transformation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP, change management principles, cross functional collaboration, project delivery and a passion for enhancing user experience and efficiency. This role will drive adoption of One S4 platform and ecosystem solutions including OMP and Anaplan, to optimize end-to-end processes, and leverage best practices in support Kenvue’s OKRs. In addition, this role will proactively identify and resolve readiness challenges and manage interdependency risks within Supply Chain Operations across the domains of people, process, data and technology needed to ensure a successful implementation and adoption of the One S4 program. This will be enabled by partnering across the key stakeholder groups to gain a deep understanding of as-is and to-be business needs/capabilities, benchmarking, continuous improvement opportunities, and consistent process documentation. This individual must leverage a refined, multi-functional toolset of business expertise, technical knowledge, and digital acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of business stakeholders and global process owners. The successful candidate must be able to engage and operate with One S4 program team at an execution level, as well as with senior leadership to effectively communicate issues, options and decisions required at a strategic level.
The Business Adoption Lead has operational responsibility for making the program coordination and deployment elements uccess, supporting the VP to deliver on critical needs and objectives for Kenvue. The candidate will bring in thought leadership, multidisciplinary thinking, action orientation, creative problem solving, and listening skills.

Major Responsibilities

- Develop and implement change management and communication strategies and plans that support the EMEA adoption of One S4 platform and ecosystem programs across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Procurement and Data functions, focusing on user engagement and satisfaction to manage resistance and coordinate a successful transition to new processes and systems.

- Identify and coach a team of Deployment Area Adoption Leads (DAALs) that will lead the effective engagement, communication, training, and testing sessions across their respective functions

- Establish and facilitate the One S4 EMEA Deployment Steering Committee to effectively manage key stakeholders and provide program updates related to timelines, testing, training, cutover and Hypercare activities to ensure readiness across people, process, technology, data and the surrounding ecosystem.

- Document and implement the EMEA business ramp down and ramp up activities, in partnership with the EMEA Comercial, Operations and Finance Leadership Teams to maximize the cut-over process surrounding the program launch windows.

- Review existing business processes to proactively identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement in preparation for the One S4 implementation with a focus on business processes and data quality that need to be reintegrated or replaced, which are both localized and outside an enterprise system of record.

- Partner to resolve implementation issues pertaining to Data Quality and Management.

- Collaborate with One S4 Process and Product Owner team members to align business strategies with the configuration of the system to support optimized processes and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.

- Collaborate with One S4 training team on designing and developing training materials, conduct sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of optimized processes within the new ERP system and the surrounding ecosystem.

- Foster a culture of change that encourages and rewards continuous improvement so maximize the capabilities and unlocks the value from the One S4 program.

Qualifications

Qualifications

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree

- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or Information Technology

- Minimum of 5 years of Program Management leadership experience on large complex business transformation programs, one of which being a large-scale ERP implementation

- Demonstrable understanding of Supply Chain and/or Financial Process Operations

- Prior experience defining and leading the change management approach for digital programs with strong knowledge of change management principles, methods, and tools is required

- Excellent communication skills, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with demonstrable ability to influence/collaborate across divisional and functional boundaries to achieve business outcomes and drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities is required

- Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops (Blueprint), assessments and planning sessions for cross functional topics is required

- Certification in areas of expertise (e.g. APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.) is helpful

- Requires Travel: up to 25% domestic
