**Beschreibung**:
For our international partner based in Basel, we are looking for a qualified and motivated **Administrative Assistant** for a temporary contract of 6 months with option for extension.

**Tasks**:

- A senior administrative professional who supports Clinical Operations. The main responsibilities include:

- A wide range of administrative duties, including schedule coordination, correspondence, telephone communication, information management
- Organizing individual and leadership team meetings F2F or virtual
- Handling calendars proactively
- Prioritizing conflicting needs and following through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressure
- Maintaining discretion and confidentiality in relationship with all stakeholders
- Handling travel expenses, purchasing and invoice requests
- Keeping team distribution lists and databases up to date.
- Coordinate events and engagements

**Must Haves**:

- Completed degree or education in administration or a related field
- Min. 5 years’ experience in admin or a related field
- Experience in working in diverse and complex organizational cultures and structures, you are embracing the concept of constantly adapting to support Roche’s 10 year ambition
- Strong Google Suite skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills - fluency in English is a requirement
- Excellent organizational and logístical skills
- Capable of Independent and team work
- Problem solving, critical thinking and tactical execution skills
