**Administrative Assistant (M/F/d) - 100%**: What tasks can you look forward to?
- You will support several of our senior consultants proactively and with anticipation in many organizational and administrative tasks.
- You will be responsible for the efficient coordination of the consultants' appointments and will coordinate this with internal and external contacts.
- You support with travel management as well as travel expenses of the colleagues.
- You will demonstrate your organizational skills in the office management and administration of various internal projects.
- You contribute to a continuous improvement of internal administrative and organizational processes.
- The planning and preparation of meetings and events round off your range of tasks.

What should you bring along?
- You have already gained professional experience as an assistant in an international environment, ideally in a professional services company (consulting / agency / law firm etc.).
- You should have completed commercial apprenticeship (KV) or comparable training/studies.
- Written and oral correspondence in German and English is no challenge for you, French would be a significant plus.
- You are a team player with a pronounced "hands-on" mentality and enjoy taking on new challenges.
- You are responsible and careful in your work and have a talent for organization
- You are confident in using the Microsoft Office package.
