**Tri-lingual Administrative Assistant**:

The Administrative Assistant Business Management Operations is responsible for providing administrative support within the Operations Department across Switzerland.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Autonomously provide administrative support to the members of the management as well as to the employees of the Operations Department
- Ensure the management and organization of various internal and external meetings
- Manage specific tasks related to different departments (e.g. publication of documents, management of some operational tools, change request process etc.)
- Provide meeting minutes when requested in English, German and French
- Deputize other team member in their respective daily activities during absences

**Your profile**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function
- English and German at minimum C1 level
- French at minimum B1 level
- Highly experienced user of MS Office 365, at ease with other computer tools
- Solid time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong customer focus, ability to manage unexpected situations and stress
- Open and proactive, able to learn and integrate quickly into a team

**Location**:Wangen b. Dübendorf / home office: Possibility for hybrid solution of presence in Dübendorf approx. twice weekly and home office

**When**:Upon agreement

**Work percentage**:60-80%
