- You will lead the Swiss Corporate and Finance Legal Team and act as a strategic partner to business partners, including in particular top and senior management, by providing strategic expert legal advice and developing creative solutions to complex and high stakes issues in the substantive areas of Swiss corporate finance, capital markets and securities law (including but not limited to legal advice relating to disclosure and reporting, debt and equity capital markets transactions, asset management, investments and hedge funds, derivatives and treasury operations) and corporate law (the “Subject Matter Areas”), in order to influence the business at Sandoz Group level.**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic, expert legal advice to, and contribute to the decision-making process of, business partners, including but not limited to top and senior management, such as SEC members, Group Treasurer (incl. Deputy Group Treasurer and Head Group Investment Management), Global Head Investor Relations, Group Head of Communications & Advocacy for Sandoz (collectively, the “Business Partners”), in the Subject Matter Areas
- Lead global and cross-functional complex transactions and regulatory projects requiring in-depth legal and business knowledge, including but not limited to Equity Capital Market (ECM) Transactions, Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Transactions, Annual Report of Sandoz
- Act as Secretary to the Sandoz Board Committees and fully support Sandoz Secretary to the Sandoz Board
- Ensure compliance, corporate housekeeping and governance of the activities of strategically important Sandoz Swiss subsidiaries with applicable corporate laws and regulations

**Minimum requirements**
- Swiss law school graduate and qualified attorney-at-law (Bar member)
- Further degree in business (MBA or similar) is a clear plus
- German native / fluency in English
- 15+ years of in-house and law firm experience in the Subject Matter Areas
- Experience in M&A and other transactions is a clear plus
