**Role Purpose**

The Head Corporate Finance Sandoz Switzerland is leading the execution of the Group finance strategy and transactions on Swiss-entity level, including full accountabilities for all financial statements of all Swiss entities, including IFRS, statutory and tax matters.**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Leads implementation, execution and management of the Group finance strategy and transactions on Swiss entity level
- Manages the balance sheet of Sandoz Group AG as well as owns cash flow, funding and tax related activities of all Swiss entities in collaboration with legal entities’ Head of Finance and respective Group functions
- Accountable for the entire financial statement of all Swiss entities including the holding company Sandoz Group AG and for all compliance aspects including NFCM (SOX 302 & SOX 404) and legal compliance
- Responsible for all accounting, reporting and closing activities including IFRS, statutory, tax and management reporting of Sandoz Group AG
- Manages and supervises all investments in subsidiaries, leads financial execution of all M&A activities
- Taking the lead in both internal and external finance audits and develops, implements and maintains an efficient and effective Finance governance structure
- Partners Group CFO and Group Chief Accounting Officer, Member of the Swiss Finance Leadership Team
- Acts as sounding board and sparring partner for Head Finance Sandoz AG and Sandoz Pharmaceuticals AG
