Zum Kerngeschäft von Corporate Finance gehören Firmenübergaben. Dieses Tätigkeitsfeld umfasst die Unterstützung von Unternehmern beim Verkauf oder der Akquisition eines Unternehmens (M&A-Beratung) sowie bei der Bereitstellung von Akquisitionsfinanzierungen im Rahmen von Management-/ Leveraged-Buyout-Operationen (Strukturierte Finanzierungen). Treten Sie einem dynamischen Team bei, als:  Corporate Finance Specialist 

Liste des tâches

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung von Corporate Finance tragen Sie zur Entwicklung der Geschäftsfelder Strukturierte Finanzierungen sowie M&A-Beratung bei Sie unterstützen das Niederlassungsnetzwerk der Bank in der gesamten Schweiz (inklusive Westschweiz und Tessin) bei der Vermarktung dieser beiden Dienstleistungen bei bestehenden und potenziellen Kundinnen und Kunden, sowie bei Entscheidungsträgerinnen und Entscheidungsträgern Im Rahmen des Tätigkeitsfeldes Strukturierte Finanzierungen wickeln Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit den Relationship Managers die mit den Firmenübergaben verbundenen Transaktionen mit Leverage-Effekt (LBO/MBO) ab, beraten in Bezug auf die Strukturierung und analysieren diese Geschäfte im Hinblick auf die Vorlage beim Kreditkomitee Bei der M&A-Beratung sind Sie selbständig für die Sell-Side- und Buy-Side-Prozesse zuständig und leiten Mandate zur Bewertung von Unternehmen

Nos exigences

Sie verfügen über eine höhere Ausbildung (Universität/Hochschule) in Betriebswirtschaft und/oder im Bankbereich. Sie haben etwa zehn Jahre berufliche Erfahrung in den Bereichen strukturierte Finanzierungen und/oder M&A-Beratung (idealerweise für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen). Sie sind eine positive und kommunikative Person und legen grossen Wert auf Teamarbeit. Zudem bringen Sie stark ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und hervorragende soziale Kompetenzen mit. Deutsch ist Ihre Muttersprache und Sie können sich auf Französisch und Englisch, mündlich wie auch schriftlich, sehr gut verständigen (C1). Sie sind dazu bereit, sich in einer der folgenden Niederlassungen einzurichten: Zürich oder Basel.
