To strengthen our Group Business Development team we are looking for a dynamic and motivated personality at our location in Härkingen (SO) as:
Corporate Development Manager
100% (M/F/d)
**YOUR TASKS**:
- Support the development of cross-divisional strategies, assist the planning and monitoring of the implementation
- Identify, analyze and assess market opportunities and develop a portfolio of potential new business ideas, in line with the Group’s overall growth strategy
- Test core assumptions of selected new business projects, such as market demand, required investment, potential to scale and assess risks/opportunities, in cooperation with internal and external experts
- Verify promising key projects with internal and external business partners to increase objectivity and add important new perspectives
- Develop and propose detailed business plan including financial modeling and risk / sensitivity analysis
- For new ventures and/or M&A transactions, ensure a comprehensive due diligence process, involving internal and external specialists, achieving full disclosure of legal and financial aspects
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, Mechatronics & Automation) with additional Finance and/or Marketing background
- Further education in project and/or product management and international studies as an additional asset
- 3+ years’ experience in a position in business development, marketing, management consultancy, M&A or similar functions in the manufacturing or technology industry with international exposure
- Fluent in English, additional languages is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and complex challenges in an autonomous way
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and effective relationships in a multicultural team and environment
- Experienced in engaging with top management
- Persistent and implementation-oriented (hands-on mentality)
- Willingness to travel internationally
