  • You are passionate about corporate finance transactions and about working in a fastpaced and dealdriven environment? You are keen to manage complex financing transactions and you know how to meet client requests while at the same time optimizing profits and reducing risks? If so, you might be an ideal fit to our team.
We are looking for a Senior Transaction Manager Structured Finance who supports our team in Zurich with the following tasks:

  • execute structured finance transactions (including acquisition of mandates, financial modelling, due diligence activities, negotiation of term sheets, organisation of management presentations)
- help to enhance the market presence of Structured Finance within and outside the bank
- negotiation of loan documentation (together with internal and/or external lawyers) and overseeing the credit process (discussion of credit structure, credit requests etc.)
- support in syndication activities
- monitoring and support of any amendments of arranged credit facilities

Your expertise
- sound business and economic knowledge (Basis: University degree, or university of applied sciences degree or equivalent)
- experience in structured / leveraged finance paired with clear customer focus
- quick grasp of new concepts / tasks and outstanding analytical skills
- open, communicative, creative as well as good team player
- good knowledge of corporate finance & lending business
- good knowledge of macro-and microeconomics as well as accounting
- languages: excellent knowledge in German and English
