**Your assignment**:
- Conduct critical investment reviews, elaborate business plans and profitability calculations for major investment projects in our property, plant and equipment and present to top management for decision.
- Financial planning and analysis for our Group Function units.
- Optimizing financial governance and resource allocation across the organization.
- Elevate decision quality through comprehensive financial analyses, supporting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Execute timely and insightful financial ad-hoc analyses, providing decision support to top management and stakeholders, enabling them to make informed choices.
- Serve as a key player in shaping and executing strategic financial initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
**Your background**:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or similar, ready to start a career in Controlling
- First experience in a Controlling function is a plus.Expert know-how in MS Office; esp. Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in PowerQuery / PowerBI or Reporting tools like SAP BPC, HFM, COGNOS is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP and Reporting tools like SAP BPC, HFM, COGNOS TM1 is a plus
- Strong communication skills spoken and in writing and able to work with partners throughout the organization of diverse cultural backgrounds
- Stress resistant and high resilience, able to cope with short time requests
- Fluent in English, oral & written. German and French is a plus
