**Job Description**:
- Strong management of all partners (distributors) across markets within the scope of responsibility, with a primary focus on Italy
- Works in partnership with the Wholesale Sales Director to support the development and management of our retail network in non-distributor markets
- Works closely with all relevant departments within the HQ to build strong partnerships and inspires a clear vision to communicate the nuance of markets within scope
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Canada Goose products are displayed according to global standards and shoppers receive the right brand experience, aligned to brand strategy, positioning and guidelines
- Leading contract negotiations and management of contracts through the relationship with partners and retailers
- Drives the strategy to ensure the brand vision and its Mission Statement are implemented through regular visits and strong execution with partners
- Ensures the brand best practices and policies are kept up to date and replicated
- Seeks new business opportunities and partnerships where applicable to our growth strategy
- Keeps abreast of all business developments and changes to process - Implements new procedures through written and verbal documentation
- Communicate and work closely with the Planning and Sales Operations teams to ensure that the Global order book is maximized through proper flow-in of goods to specific markets on a timely basis
- Monitor parallel business websites or counterfeit websites, resolving customer issues in conjunction with various in-house departments
- Oversee order allocation protocols, and work closely with Sales Operations and Logistics to ensure ship dates meet customer deadlines
- Provide various sales reports including year-over-year sales reports by client, by product category, segment allocation etc.
- Participate and lead in all account presentations for production and seasonal orders with diligent and disciplined follow-up
- Collaborate with warranty team to facilitate warranty issue resolutions as required
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territory; projecting expected sales volume in coordination with our planning team.
- Manage sell-in process by adhering to recommended assortments to maximize full price selling and margin contribution.
- Work closely with Account Executives to drive responsible and profitable growth with key retailers, including negotiating Shop-in-Shop, category expansion, and drive a year round consumer experience.
