**Your mission**:

- Further development of P&C's social media channels and creation of concepts in alignment with the global social media strategy for the AT & CEE markets
- Agency development and management within the markets
- Strategic planning, maintenance of editorial plans and community management
- Production and preparation of editorial content as well as support for shoots and live events
- Evaluation and KPI-based success reporting of content formats and activations, taking into account the entire customer journey
- Conception, planning and implementation of live streams and contact person for external interfaces such as influencer and production agencies
- Interface within the marketing team with a focus on the areas of creative & online marketing

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed studies (in the field of communication, media management or business administration with a focus on marketing) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in social media marketing, ideally in an omnichannel context, experience with the independent management of professional social media channels and live shopping an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Structured & analytical approach as well as knowledge of relevant marketing KPIs
- Strong interest in digital innovations and a very good feel for digital trends and target group-oriented content
- Social is not just "your job" - you love Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok & Co
