Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, die spezifischen Anforderungen und Herausforderungen unserer Kunden in der Digital-Produktionsdruckbranche zu erfassen. Dank deiner Expertise trägst du zur Entwicklung und Bereitstellung massgeschneiderter Lösungen bei, die die Erwartungen der Kunden nicht nur erfüllen, sondern übertreffen. Letztendlich unterstützen deine Bemühungen das Unternehmenswachstum und festigen unsere Position als vertrauenswürdiger Partner in der Digital-Produktionsdruckbranche.

Deine Expertise hilft unseren Kunden, das volle Potenzial ihrer Druckprozesse auszuschöpfen und Wachstum sowie Innovation voranzutreiben.

**Deine Hauptaufgaben sind**:

- ** Marketingunterstützung**: Du gestaltest und unterstützt Präsentationen und Events wie Roadshows, um unsere Produkte und Lösungen eindrucksvoll zu präsentieren.
- ** Demo
- und Applikationscenter**: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unser Demo
- und Applikationscenter in enger Abstimmung mit Marketing und Vertrieb, um eine optimale Nutzung sicherzustellen.
- ** Bereitstellung von Demomaterial**: Du erstellst und bereitest Muster sowie Demomaterialien vor, die den Verkaufsprozess unterstützen und potenzielle Kunden überzeugen.
- ** Entwicklung neuer Lösungen**: Du arbeitest an innovativen Applikationen und Lösungen, die den Verkauf fördern und unsere Marktposition stärken.
- ** Angebotserstellung**: Du erstellst massgeschneiderte Angebote und Lösungskonzepte, inklusive technischer Machbarkeitsstudien zur Unterstützung des Vertriebs.
- ** Schulung und Support**: Du führst Schulungen für unsere Kunden zu unserer RIP-Software Onyx sowie zur Produktpalette Océ Arizona und Colorado durch, um deren Nutzung zu maximieren.
- ** Beratungsfunktion**: Du fungierst als zentrale Informationsdrehscheibe zwischen Vertrieb, Produktmarketing, Imaging Supplies und Services, um einen reibungslosen Austausch sicherzustellen.
- ** Materialtests**: Du testest und prüfst Materialien auf ihre Bedruckbarkeit mit unseren Drucksystemen, um höchste Qualität zu gewährleisten.
- ** Evaluierung von Hilfsprodukten**: Du evaluierst und testest Hilfsprodukte wie Primer, Reiniger und Lacke, die die Druckqualität, Tintenhaftung und Haltbarkeit verbessern.
- ** Profilierung der Bedruckstoffe**: Du profilierst die wichtigsten Bedruckstoffe auf den zur Verfügung stehenden Systemen, um optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
- ** Consulting-Dienstleistungen**: Du erbringst verrechenbare Consulting-Dienstleistungen, wie z.B. für kundenspezifische Materialkalibrierungen.
- ** Support von Kundeninstallationen**: Du unterstützt bei der Installation und dem Setup unserer Systeme bei Kunden, um einen reibungslosen Start zu gewährleisten.

**Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen**:

- Berufserfahrung im relevanten Bereich (z. B. Drucktechnologie, Informationstechnologie, Betriebswirtschaft)
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Digital Produktionsdruck mit einem starken technischen Hintergrund, möglicherweise aus der Werbetechnik, Siebdruck oder Messebau Branche.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift), Französisch ist von Vorteil
