Als Business Consultant beim Marktleader im Professional Print & Solutions bist Du strategische:r Berater:in und technische:r Expert:in für unsere Kundschaft und das Vertriebsteam. Durch die Nutzung Deiner Expertise unterstützt Du bei der Entwicklung und Bereitstellung massgeschneiderter Lösungen und spielst eine entscheidende Rolle, um die Erwartungen der Kunden zu erfüllen und übertreffen. Letztendlich tragen Deine Bemühungen dazu bei, das Unternehmenswachstum voranzutreiben und unsere Organisation als vertrauenswürdigen Partner in der Digital-Produktionsdruckbranche zu etablieren.

**Deine Hauptaufgaben**:

- Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, um massgeschneiderte Lösungen für den Digital-Produktionsdruck zu entwerfen, die den Kundenbedürfnissen und Budgetbeschränkungen entsprechen
- Erstellung und Durchführung von umfassenden und überzeugenden Angebotspräsentationen, einschließlich technischer Spezifikationen, Preisgestaltung und Nutzenanalyse
- Technische Beratung, um Kundenanfragen, Bedenken und Einwände zu klären und sicherzustellen, dass sie ein klares Verständnis unserer Angebote und deren Mehrwerte haben
- Schnittstelle zwischen dem Feld und den Produktentwicklungs
- und Ingenieursteams, um unsere Angebote auf der Grundlage von Marktanforderungen und -trends stetig zu verbessern
- Verständnis für Markttrends, aufkommende Technologien und bewährte Verfahren in der Branche, um Kunden und internen Stakeholdern strategische Orientierung zu bieten

Zusätzlich helfen Dir Dein analytisches und vernetztes Denken komplexe Geschäftssituationen zu verstehen und Herausforderungen bei der Kundschaft zu lösen. Du hast eine Leidenschaft für die Digitalisierung, wie deren Potenzial und bist offen für digitale Lösungen und Innovationen.

Mit Deiner neugierigen und interessierten Art bist Du ein:e Teamplayer:in und kannst erfolgreich mit verschiedenen Teams und Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen.

**Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen**:

- Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im relevanten Bereich, z. B. Drucktechnologie und Informationstechnologie
- Kenntnisse von IT-Systeme und -Infrastrukturen, die die Kundenprozesse unterstützen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift), Französisch ist von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft, um Kunden zu treffen und Branchenveranstaltungen zu besuchen
