- **Needs analysis and requirements understanding**:Support in gathering and analyzing customers' PLM requirements and their business processes.
- **Process Optimization Support**:Participate in identifying opportunities to optimize product development and management processes using PLM methodologies and tools.
- **Contribute to solution design**:Assist in the development of PLM solutions, including workflow design, configuration of PLM systems, and integration with existing systems.
- **Customer Consulting**:Assist experienced consultants in advising customers on PLM best practices, solution options, and implementation strategies.
- **Training and knowledge transfer**:Participate in training activities for customers and internal teams on the use of the implemented PLM solutions.
- **Quality Control and Project Support**:Participate in ensuring the quality of PLM solutions and support project management in meeting schedules and budgets.

**What You Bring To The Job**
- Degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related technical or business discipline
- Willingness to immerse yourself in the world of PLM, learn new skills, and learn from experienced consultants
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify solution options
- Travel RequirementsOccasional travel to customer sites
- Ge: B2 - Upper Intermediate
- En: B2 - Upper Intermediate

**Nice-to-Haves**
- A basic understanding of PLM tools and technologies is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge in the industries of mechanical engineering, automotive, aerospace, and electronics
