**About the role**:
On behalf of our client, an international trust company providing wealth solutions for families, investors, institutions and entrepreneurs, we are looking for a junior administrative assistant In this role, you will be in charge of assisting the team for any admin-related task. You will have to be flexible, organized and versatile

**Work tasks**:

- Prepare various legal and financial documents
- Coordinate the signature processes
- Draft minutes and reports
- Prepare payments
- Other admin tasks (filing, compliance, etc.)

**We are looking for**:

- You hold a university degree in business, hospitality or similar
- You speak English fluently (minimum C1) ; the knowledge of French is a plus
- You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- You are a real team player who has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- You are available to start within the next few days, for the next 6 months minimum **To succeed in the role, you are**:
