Research Group Faso is looking for a Research Assistant.

Tasks

A position is available for a research assistant involved in cell culture, organoid initiation and cultivation and infection as well as general laboratory tasks. The position requires independent working as well as team-work and is dedicated to a new funded project featuring a collaboration across two faculties and three research groups.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a motivated person with strong training and experience in cell culture techniques. Skills in organoid initiation and cultivation and previous exposure to parasite cultures are both clear assets.
A good command of English is mandatory, basic German knowledge is an asset.

We offer

We offer work in a highly dynamic research area and a friendly team atmosphere. You will be working in rapidly evolving projects using novel techniques and are encouraged to bring your experience and insight in the further development of the project. This position is financed for 1 year by a private foundation grant and may be extended for at least another year.
