YOUR TASKS
- Support of at least three partners during absences in the Executive Assistant Team
- Appointment coordination internally and externally at the highest management level
- Preparation, booking and billing of trips including time and expense management
- Organization and coordination of in-house meetings and events as well as external conferences
- Reception and support of business partners and visitors
- Independent processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence in German and English
- Development, correction and compilation of presentation documents
- Maintenance of databases and supporting research
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Completed commercial professional education
- Relevant experience in the secretarial or assistance field, preferably in a management consultancy or service company
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new people and situations within a short period of time
- Independent and structured way of working
- A sense of responsibility and above-average quality standards
- Willingness and ability to work under pressure
- Impeccable interactions with customers at senior management level
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
- Confident team player
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
