**Concierge Executive Assistant (m/w)**

**Your role**
This role is to assist and support our Managing Director, with all aspects of professional and personal assistant activities, including the day-to-day personal schedule and tasks. Your tasks will be to:

- Assist in coordinating the agenda of the Executive professional and private meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate travel bookings globally, including relevant activities as communicated.
- Run all household errands, including shopping, groceries, laundry service and relevant tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate household maintenance, including air conditioning repair, car and motorcycle repairs.
- Plan all entertaining activities, in a timely manner, as requested.
- Requires a minimum 3 days per week availability and flexibility to travel and accompany the Managing Director on a short notice, and as needed. Main location is Zurich.

**Your professional profile**
- Prior relevant experience with planning/prioritization skills.
- Knowledge and experience in household management.
- Experience in booking advanced travel plans internationally.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Local knowledge for vendors, shopping, service companies and entertaining activities.

**Your personal profile**
- Result and delivery oriented and ability to manage on a short notice.
- Ability to be self-directed.
- Sound judgement and discretion while handling confidential/sensitive information.
- High attention to details and advanced communication skills.
- Proficiency in German and English (read/write/speak) languages is a must.
