**Dafür stehst du am Morgen auf...**
- Eigenverantwortliches Vorantreiben der Digitalen Transformation in spannenden Kundenprojekten.
- Die Möglichkeit den digitalen Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft zu entwerfen mit Schwerpunkt (aber nicht ausschliesslich) Microsoft Technologien.
- Betreuung deiner Kunden über den ganzen Projektablauf: von der Analyse, zur Erarbeitung von innovativen Lösungsansätzen, bis hin zu deren erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
- Definition von Change Strategien inklusive intensive Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung (z.B. Organisation, Leitung und Durchführung von Trainings bei unseren Kunden vor Ort oder remote).
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams, die sich um die technische Umsetzung von Lösungen kümmern.
- Eine grossartige Crew, die viel Spass an der Sache hat und mit Leidenschaft für exzellente Kundenerlebnisse sorgt.
- Ein gut gefüllter Bierkühlschrank.

**Was du vorzugsweise mitbringst...**✨**
- Einen (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
- Erfahrung in der Beratung von Kunden bei digitalen oder organisatorischen Transformationsprojekten.
- Gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft 365 sowie viel Passion für neue Technologien und Freude an einem dynamischen Umfeld.
- Einen Consultant mit Herzblut: du erkennst Anforderungen rasch, zeigst pragmatische Lösungsansätze auf und setzt diese auch effizient um.
- Starke, stufengerechte Kommunikationskompetenz in ausgezeichnetem Deutsch und gutem Englisch.
- Dienstleistungsorientierte Einstellung.
- Viel Passion für neue Technologien und Freude an einem dynamischen Umfeld.
- Pensum von 80% bis 100%, Hauptarbeitsort in Bern, Zürich oder Basel sowie flexible Reisebereitschaft in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz.
