**Your responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the global strategic agenda as the interface between PA Business and the broader P&R organization
- Understand the PA Business Strategy and develop appropriate P&R solutions in line with Business needs
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the PA business on all P&R matters, working closely with the key stakeholders and ensuring overall governance
- Lead the design and delivery of PA’s Performance and Reward programs globally, in partnership with Business leadership, Corporate P&R and Shared Services; and in line with the business strategic mandates
- Contribute to the design and support the governance of employee benefit programs for Corporate Benefits (and taking the lead on business-led implementation where the PA is the lead country)
- Lead a team of Performance and Reward Specialists to support delivery of the Business P&R needs as well as management of various P&R projects at the business level including innovative compensation and global mobility support
- Responsible for the relationship with various stakeholders in the PA business to help inform, educate, and inspire on P&R topics; this would include HRBPs, Heads of Functions, Division Presidents, Senior Managers as well as the PA Business President
- Work collaboratively with the other members of the Performance & Reward community including Expert Services (part of Shared Services), Operations and Corporate P&R on the delivery of core P&R programs
- Support the Head of PA Business HR and Corporate P&R in planning and delivering special and Executive Compensation processes in the business
- Drive, optimize and improve Performance Management within PA by directing and reviewing trends/analysis and align reward strategies to business objectives
- Accountable for supporting acquisition and divestment related compensation, benefits, and pension projects in PA with the support of the HR M&A and other Corporate P&R teams.
- Continually monitors business and market changes and suggest improvements to existing approaches or recommends new solutions with the support of Shared Services and Corporate P&R teams to support of business innovation through performance and reward programs and practices

**Your background**:

- A seasoned manager with a University degree and at least 10 years of experience in compensation/ performance & reward, in a global role for a large organization of similar complexity
- Proven leadership and management skills in an agile and challenging environment
- Process improvement mindset, with the ability to drive and create impact
- Strong customer focus and collaboration skills in a matrix organization
- Business acumen and ability to link business imperatives to compensation levers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Seasoned project management skills from planning to execution while working in large teams
- Strong experience in compensation processes through a shared services model
- Distinctive analytical skills, ability to own, develop and process complex market trends, benchmark and data-intensive analysis.
- Experience of working at both a strategic and operational level in a global organization
- Impeccable personal ethic, ability to deal with very sensitive compensation information with utmost confidentiality.
