Expense Performance Manager 80-100%

In this role you will join the Group’s Expense Management Team and be responsible for driving expense efficiency across the Group’s Headquarter functions. You will monitor the delivery of the expense plan and propose corrective actions to Senior Management. You will closely collaborate with other product owners in Group PPM as well as the Group Functions and the regional hubs across the world.

**What you will do**
- Be a strategic resource and the natural link between Finance and Group Function Leadership teams to provide insight into underlying performance and issues for the Group Functions.
- Provide finance advice to help the Group Functions manage to achieve plan targets.
- Connect the dots between financial information, operational KPIs and business issues to create actionable business and finance insights.
- Functional PPM lead for the development of a state-of-the art planning, forecasting and reporting platform for Group Headquarter Functions.
- Provide meaningful and timely information for management decision making.
- Lead the annual budget/plan and quarterly forecast process through close work with the Group Functions. Ensure outputs are robust and completed in a timely manner.
- Contribute to Group Expense Management as a Senior member of the team.

**What you bring**
- Masters degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, and 10 or more years of experience in related field.
- Preferred: Leadership experience in multiple functional areas and/or in a business unit.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to abstract from detailed analysis to high level trends and conclusions.
- Ability to form networks across functions and foster collaborative efforts.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written), other languages are beneficial.
