**Für unser Marketing & Sales Team suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Business Development & Growth Manager (80-100%)**:

- Wirz ist eine der führenden Kommunikations
- und Marketingagenturen in der Schweiz. Wir legen unseren Fokus auf exzellente Kreativität, verbunden mit digitalen Erlebnissen. Dabei hilft unser Marketing & Sales Team, die Wirz Group Wachstumsziele über Inbound Marketing, Lead Generation und Outbound-Sales-Massnahmen zu erreichen. Im Marketing & Sales verstehen wir uns als Kollektiv aus «Redaktionsteam» und «New Biz Squad».

**Was dich bei uns erwartet**:

- In dieser Funktion treibst Du unsere New Business Aktivitäten voran. Du begleitest
Verkaufsgespräche und hilfst aktiv bei der Vorbereitung. Du hast ein Growth-Hacking-Mindset und fühlst Dich in Sales
- als auch im Marketing-Umfeld wohl. Du arbeitest nicht nach einem vorgegebenen Schema, sondern wählst Methoden und Massnahmen je nach Situation passend aus. Kreatives Chaos beflügelt Dich, denn Du kennst Dich in der Startup-Welt aus.
Du wirst begleitet von 2 studentischen Hilfskräften, hast ein Media-Budget zur Verfügung und kannst die volle Power der Wirz Group nutzen, um Deine Ziele zu erreichen.

**Was wir von dir erwarten**:

- Ausarbeitung der New Biz Strategie, basierend auf den «Growth-Zielen» von WIRZ:

- Themenführerschaft, Industriefokus, Abgleich der Kompetenzen mit der Marktnachfrage
- Zielpersona identifizieren, Kanalstrategie aufsetzen, personalisierte Mailings erstellen
- New Biz Prospect-Listen erstellen (Research) und konstant updaten sowie nachfassen.
- Unser CRM-Tool und die «New Biz Squad» managen, um stets den Überblick zu behalten.
- Management und Steuerung des internen, wöchentlichen New Biz Meetings.
- Kunden-Terminvereinbarungen für die relevanten Kader-Mitarbeiter:innen.
- Abgrenzungen und Forecast vornehmen. Monatliches Reporting der Aktivitäten.
- Unterstützung und Vorantreiben des Redaktionsteams für «Paid, Earned und Owned Media» der Wirz Group (d.h. SoMe, Website, PR für New Biz Massnahmen, Events buchen).
- Managen und Aufgleisen von themenbasierten Landing Pages und Performance Marketing Massnahmen.
- Weiterentwicklung der Credential-Präsentationen (Firmen
- und Produktvorstellungen) sowie Anpassung an aktuelle Anfragen, inkl. Pricing.
- Erste Offerten-Ausarbeitung und Zuweisung von Pitch-Anfragen an die relevanten internen Stakeholder. Du bist ein Bindeglied zwischen unseren operativen Abteilungen und Neukunden, die du im gesamten Akquise-Prozess begleitest und berätst.
