As we expand, we seek a dynamic individual to join our team as a Crop Performance & Sales Manager. This role combines expertise in agronomy with a strong sales acumen to drive our mission forward.

**Position Overview**:
**Your Role**:

- **For Crop Advisory part**:_
- Deliver expert guidance on crop management, including soil health, pest control, irrigation, and sustainable fertilization practices.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess crop conditions, diagnose issues, and recommend effective solutions.
- Develop tailored crop management plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Design and manage field trials to demonstrate the MNG product efficiency.
- Stay current with the latest advancements and research in agronomy to provide cutting-edge advice.
- **For Sales Management part**:_
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Effectively present and promote MNG products and services, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and materials.
- **For Client Support part**:_
- Offer continuous support and consultation to clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices in crop management and the use of our products.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve and refine MNG products and services, ensuring they meet client needs and expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Plant Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in crop advising, yield optimization, and sales management.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong understanding of agricultural products and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed.
- Passion for environmental stewardship and innovation.
