**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Sie sind verantwortlich für das Lean
- Programm (Prozesse, Tools, Methoden), die inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung, Training und Anwendung im operativen Alltag.
- Sie sind der Process Owner des Kundenreklamations
- Prozesses und die Schnittstelle zum technischen Support.
- Sie unterstützen beim Ausrollen von globalen Standards.
- Sie sind der Impulsgeber, Projektleiter oder Teilnehmer für Innovationen.
- Sie führen fachlich und disziplinarisch 5 Team-Mitglieder.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Definition und Pflege von Prozess-Standards.
- Sie stellen sicher, dass Prozesse und Werkzeuge optimal gestaltet sind, mit Schwerpunkt auf der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Leistung in Bezug auf Durchlaufzeit, Kosten und Qualität aus regionaler Sicht, abgestimmt auf globale Anforderungen und Ziele.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Sicherstellung einer "lernenden Organisation" auf Basis der Lean
- Kultur.
- Sie führen das Project Portfolio Management für den Ihnen zugeteilten Bereich
- Sie begleiten Neuentwicklungen.
- Sie übernehmen die Abwicklung von Spezialprojekten (Bsp. Investitionen).

**Deine Skills**:

- Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Maschineningenieur FH, Techniker TS oder ähnlich absolviert.
- Sie haben eine mehrjährige und praxiserprobte Erfahrung in den Bereichen Lean Production und Quality Assurance.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sie haben eine mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer operativen Funktion im Produktionsumfeld.
- Sie haben eine Grundausbildung im technischen Umfeld absolviert, z.B. Polymechaniker EFZ, Konstrukteur EFZ oder ähnlich.
- Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrung in Power BI
